Often, when we set out to create new habits, it can be helpful to create a visual representation, a vision board, a piece of art, even a sticky note to remind us in the new way of being that we am trying to embrace. The holidays have become a “tough” time of year for many but maybe, just maybe, we can be more intentional about our way of showing up. We can take the good, honest, tender care of ourselves that we need and desire. We can define our own holidays.
